Realizzato dalla Nakajima nel 1973 il Capsule Robot è uno dei pochi Jumbo non risalente ad una serie televisiva,bensì ad una striscia di fumetti chiamata Astro Mu 5.
Fù creato in diverse versioni solamente per il mercato toys.
Misura un altezza di 62 cm per 27 di larghezza.
La particolarità di questo robot è la sua testa,completamente estraibile e senza alcun blocco,dà l’idea di essere un pezzo a sé.
Realizzata in polietilene duro e verniciata accuratamente in ogni minimo dettaglio,la testa presenta una feritoia ad altezza bocca-mento,questo perché all’interno erano posizionati i vari personaggi del fumetto.
Il Capsule Robot ha in dotazione 12 missili e quattro sparamissili,due nelle spalle e due nei pugni,completamente diversi da quelli Popy,molto più fragili ma esteticamente cool.
Nel torace sono posizionate due ruote in pvc ,ognuna delle quali ha quattro fori dove poter alloggiare i missili , che con una leggera pressione si incastrano all’interno.
I pesi bilancieri in sabbia si trovano all’interno del piede.

Made of tough polyethylene and carefully painted in every detail, the head has a slit-mouth height, this is because they were placed inside the various cartoon characters.
The Capsule Robot comes with 12 missiles and four sparamissili, two in the shoulders and two in fists, completely different from the much more fragile Popy, but aesthetically cool.
In the chest are placed two pvc wheels, each of which has four holes to accommodate the missiles, which with gentle pressure fit inside.
Barbell weights in sand lie within the foot.
